An EPP is a four-year degree pathway designed for candidates wanting to become licensed teachers. It is currently available only in Arkansas and Louisiana.

An EPP (Educator Preparation Program) pathway, is a structured route designed to prepare individuals for teaching roles, specifically tailored to meet state-specific licensure and educational requirements.

This particular pathway is offered exclusively in Arkansas (AR) and Louisiana (LA), aligning with each state’s standards to support candidates as they work towards becoming licensed educators.

In Arkansas and Louisiana, Reach University offers a Bachelor of Arts in Global Education Degree. The 4-year degree pathway includes a clinical residency in the fourth year. Candidates seeking licensure must engage in supervised teaching with a Mentor Teacher, in a 1-5 grade classroom, as per LDOE.
